The experience of Bonifica Renana (Renana Reclamation), which adopted YouLand Reclamation to automate work processes and monitor the entire work cycle of the operational vehicles. For this project, the Consortium received recognition at the SMAU Smart City 2013 national trade fair.
“With the support of YouCo, we have improved the organisation of the operational vehicles in the area. Displaying the accurate, real-time position of 35 vehicles operating in the district has allowed a faster management of the teams’ movement preferences, and the optimisation of intervention opportunities. The automatic logging system for channel mowing activity has reduced entry times for data such as hours of activity, lengths and mowed surfaces. This information, which used to be manually recorded by the excavator operators and then added to the database by office employees at the end of the month, is now available and can be consulted by everyone the day after the mowing”.
